Outdoor cushions ask for a place of their own. Left on a lounger, they fade in the sun and hold the damp of the night. Folded into a plastic box, they become a compromise the garden never asked for. An Ansaro outdoor storage cabinet resolves this quietly — a considered volume with a defined purpose, drawn to the proportions of the terrace it stands on.
Each cabinet is made to measure in our workshop in Belgium. Widths, heights and internal divisions are set by the room the cushions actually need, not by a catalogue. The result is a garden cushion storage piece that reads as furniture: freestanding, self-contained, and precise in its detailing.
Powder-coated aluminium
Matte, contemporary, dimensionally stable.
Powder-coated aluminium offers a deep, uniform finish that holds its colour season after season. It is light, corrosion-resistant and well suited to coastal projects. Standard palette: matte black, graphite, warm off-white and bespoke RAL colours on request.
Corten steel
A living patina, at ease with planting.
Corten develops a self-protective oxide layer over time, moving from ochre to a warm, mineral rust. It sits naturally next to limestone, oak and Northern European planting, and requires essentially no maintenance once the patina has settled.
Weatherproof by design
Detailed to keep textiles dry, year after year.
A weatherproof cushion storage cabinet is only as good as its details. Ansaro cabinets are drawn with a water-shedding roof profile, concealed drip edges, and lifted plinths that keep the body above splash level. Concealed ventilation openings allow air to circulate, so cushions dry rather than stew after a summer storm.
Doors are handleless, aligned to a shadow gap, and hung on stainless hardware sized for outdoor use. Interiors can be specified with slatted shelves, removable trays or full-height compartments, depending on whether the cabinet holds seat cushions, back cushions, throws or occasional garden tools alongside them.

- Yes. Every Ansaro cabinet is designed and manufactured to measure in Belgium. Dimensions, internal layout, door configuration, colour and finish are defined per project, in dialogue with the architect or homeowner.
